A fair copy. Cloth and endpapers marked and soiled, spine ends pulled, internally a little soiled from usage and age. However, tight, no tears, no underscoring.
Not dated but probably 1882 edition. Margaret Black wrote a number of books on cookery and housekeeping. She founded the West End School of Cookery in 1878 and was active in such causes as temperance and women’s suffrage.
