Not dated. Presumed 1922. A good copy. Original decorative card covers stamped in silver. Gilt and blue litho decorations inside to titles. Spine head chipped, very small chip to spine tail. A little sunning around edges. Otherwise a very good copy. Attractively decorated. Limited to 2000 copies. Used; Very Good First published in 1913 and produced in 1921. Often regarded as Blok's greatest play. Mikhail Gnesin (Gnessin),"one of the leading Jewish musical voices to emerge in early twentieth-century Russia" wrote the music for this play.
